We commit to delivering your Walmart Seller Center access credentials and setup assistance within 90 calendar days from the completion of onboarding requirements. "Within 90 days" starts once you submit all required documents and complete any compulsory orientation steps. Delays outside our control (e.g., third-party verification or Walmart processing) may extend this timeline; in such cases we will notify you promptly.
All payments for the Walmart training course are final. We do not offer refunds after enrollment or payment has been processed. Please ensure you understand the course content, schedule, and commitments before making payment. For exceptional cases (e.g., proven duplicate payments or billing errors), contact support and we will review on a case-by-case basis.
